Simple Installation

We were surprised to learn that Microsoft OCS did not support offline message capturing and delivery as part of the base product offering.  In reponse to customer requests, Instant has developed a Microsoft OCS application to capture and deliver offline messages.

Since installation and configuration of server based applications for Microsoft OCS is frequently complex, Instant has streamlined the installation and configuration process. The offline message and delivery application installs on the Micosoft OCS server and configures a low level message filter to detect offline messages.  These messages are then stored and delivered when the recipient logs into the Microsoft OCS server

Our application is currently in live production deployments and a significant amount of development resources and time has been spent on the initial installation and configuration of the application.
