IMtegrity: View your chat archives
Set up IMtegrity to view your own Sametime and AOL chat archives.

imtegrityCurrently an IMtegrity user? By default, every user has reader access to their own Sametime chat logs inside the IMtegrity chat archiving database. This means that authenticated users have the ability to see only the Sametime chats in which they participated. Other users chat logs won't be accessible to them and by default un-authenticated users cannot see any chat logs. Many companies turn this function off without realizing the benefits, and often without ever knowing they had that ability. Be sure to enable this feature and your end users will love you, give them access from your portal or directly from their Notes client. Follow these instructions to allow all your users to see their own chat logs along with a few other useful tips.

Get help from within Lotus Notes using Sametime
Carl Tyler tells us how to use Instant Queue Manager from within Lotus Notes

queue manager in lotus notesInstant Queue Manager allows businesses to have large groups such as HR and IT help desks appear as single users within their Sametime connect clients, this simplifies communication for both those help desks and their clients. Most Queue Manager users have added Sametime links on their websites or buddylists, but how often are they where you need them most? Place them where they can become really valuable, right in the application when they are filling in that expense form, or updating their 401K. Carl Tyler shows us how to link Queue Manager directly through Lotus Notes.

In the following link Carl Tyler details how anyone can use Queue Manager from within Lotus Notes.
