New Instant Website
Improved speed and access to Live Help

The Instant Technologies website has been revamped to improve it's speed and we've updated the Live Help on every page. Rather than using Sametime Links to provide awareness, we now provide live awareness using a Sametime Awareness Servlet we developed.

With our new changes and using the Awareness Servlet we no longer have any need to initialize the Java Virtual Machine for Sametime Links until a visitors chooses to chat with us, so you should see a much better response from our pages, especially for those visitors using the FireFox browser.
