Instant Agent Framework Named Best Tool/Utility Solution

(formerly known as the Lotus Beacon Awards). IBM Lotus Awards recognize

Instant Agent Framework (IAF) for IBM Lotus Instant
Messaging from Instant Technologies allows companies to offer Lotus
