Awards. This is the 3rd Lotus Award Instant Technologies has received,
and the second time they have won the Best Tool/Utility category.

have excelled at providing quality products, innovative solutions and
superior services to customers.
Instant Queue Manager provides the equivalent of a
telephone help desk within the instant messaging environment of IBM
Lotus Sametime. Instant’s Queue Manager receives customer queries and
passes them to the next available agent.
Chat conversations are stored in a IBM Lotus Domino
database where they can be acted upon or moved automatically via a
Lotus Domino Agent into other systems such as Remedy, Act, PeopleSoft
or SAP.
The Learning Continuum Company (TLCC), a leading
provider of distance learning has been using Queue Manager to provide
live help on their web site. "Queue Manager allows TLCC to better
service both our existing customers and to help get new customers.
Visitors to our web site can click on a link to chat with either our
sales or technical support groups. Queue Manager finds the right person
