Major Release Includes Enhancements to OCS Archive Viewing for End Users, Administrators, and Legal/HR Departments

Instant Archive Viewer is an easy-to-install, intuitive-to-use search and discovery solution for Microsoft Office Communications Server.  Instant Archive Viewer helps organizations meet regulatory compliance requirements and enforce internal IM usage policies.  It also preserves IM chats so their contents become a valuable digital asset.   

For end users, v2.0 includes simplified searching of their personal archives; the ability to save chats as PDF files; and tight integration with the Office Communicator client.   

For administrators, v2.0 offers simplified installation; enhanced security controls; and the ability to delegate department-level searches to division managers.  

For HR and legal departments, v2.0 includes advanced search and discovery enhancements; the ability to create, organize, and save discovery projects; and the ability to export search results to PDF.
