Instant Queue Manager Wins Best Unified Communications and Collaboration Solution Award for IBM Lotusphere 2010 - Awards Handed Out in Live Webinar
Instant
Technologies was announced today as the winner of a prestigious IBM
Lotus Award. Instant Queue Manager won
the Best Unified Communications and Collaboration Solution Award for the 16th
Annual IBM Lotus Awards. This award goes to the solution that most
effectively leverages Sametime services and open architecture to improve a
strategic business process.
The IBM Lotus
Awards recognize exceptional IBM PartnerWorld members that specialize in Lotus
software solutions and have excelled at providing quality products, innovative
solutions, and superior services to customers. For the 2010 Lotus Awards, which were handed
out last week in a live webinar, hundreds of applications were received from
more than 30 countries around the world.
Instant Queue Manager is the leading real-time solution for immediate,
expert assistance. It acts as a ‘virtual
IM receptionist’ to route either internal or external IM requests to agents
ready to offer assistance, resulting in increased productivity, improved customer service, and shorter sales
cycles.
“Instant Queue
Manager won in a competitive category,” says Peyton
McManus, President of Instant Technologies. “Submissions were judged on the
business value they deliver, the extent of integration with other applications
or solutions, and their ability to provide new capabilities or enhancements to
the end user experience that would not have previously been possible. We
are honored to have been chosen over many deserving submissions.”
